Frequently asked questions
Is ResortFinder free to use?
Yes, completely. Searching, comparing, browsing resort profiles, and using the booking tool is free. You can book online when ready, and advisor help is available if you want support comparing options.
How does the search work?
Our search uses AI to understand what you're describing, not just keywords, but the intent behind your words. When you say 'great food, adults only, not a party resort,' it knows what you mean and matches you with resorts that fit that description based on our research.
Where does your resort information come from?
We aggregate resort websites, guest review platforms, social media, travel forums, video walkthroughs, public APIs, and booking-support context where available. Our summaries are AI-assisted and grounded in source material, but ResortFinder has not personally stayed at every resort.
What destinations do you cover?
We cover all-inclusive resorts across the Caribbean & Latin America, the most popular destinations for Canadian and American travelers.
Can I get advisor help before booking?
Yes. You can search live packages online anytime, and an advisor can help if you want a second opinion on resorts, room categories, dates, flights, or special requests.
Can I book directly through ResortFinder?
Yes. Use the booking tool to search current vacation packages, dates, flights, rooms, and pricing. You can complete your booking online when ready, or talk to an advisor if you want help first.
How does your pricing compare to booking elsewhere?
ResortFinder does not add a markup. Final pricing, availability, inclusions, cancellation rules, and supplier policies must be verified before booking because travel prices and conditions change.
What if I'm not sure where I want to go?
That's exactly what the search is for. You don't need to have a destination in mind, just describe what you want out of the trip and we'll show you options you might not have considered.
